Email support@mithuru.lk with your question, a bug, a report about someone, or a request to see or delete your data. In the app you can also use settings → send us feedback or report a bug.
deleting your account
Open mithuru → me → settings (the gear) → delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, messages, hangouts and everything else from our servers. If you can’t open the app, email support@mithuru.lk from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete it for you.
is mithuru free?
Yes, completely. There are no subscriptions or paid features.
how do i get more people on discover?
Open preferences from the sliders icon on discover and widen your age range or distance, or turn off some filters. Inviting friends helps too!
how do i edit my scrapbook?
Go to me and tap "edit profile". Drag things to move them, pinch with two fingers to resize and rotate, and use the toolbar to add photos, stickers, notes or a song.
what happens when i say hi?
Your hi (and message, if you wrote one) shows up on their likes page. If they say hi back, it’s a match and a chat opens for you both under chat → new matches.
how do hangouts work?
Anyone can host a hangout. Tap "i'm down" to join and you will be added to the hangout group chat. We will remind you an hour before it starts if hangout notifications are on.
how do group chats work?
Chat → new group. Give it a name and you get an invite link and a 5-digit pin to share. Friends tap the link, or go to chat → join a group with a pin.
how do i block or report someone?
Tap the ••• button on their profile or at the top of your chat with them. To report a single message, press and hold it.
how do i delete my account?
Settings → delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, messages and hangouts.
