which agreement applies
When you download mithuru from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies, together with our terms of service below. If the two ever disagree about something specific to mithuru, our terms apply.
who can use mithuru
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person, and the details you give us must be real.
your content
You own what you post. By posting it, you let us display it inside mithuru so the app can work. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share, and do not post anything illegal, hateful, sexual or violent.
meeting people
mithuru helps you meet people in real life. We do not run background checks. Always meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and read our safety tips.
zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on mithuru. We remove content and ban accounts that break our community guidelines. You can report or block anyone from their profile, report any message by pressing and holding it, and block people from your chat with them. We review every report within 24 hours and remove the content and the person responsible when it breaks these terms.
free to use
mithuru is free. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
